Howard Green Named CGNET President

MENLO PARK, Calif., February 7, 2006 - CGNET Services International, the leading supplier of managed IT services to many of the most notable nonprofits, foundations and NGOs, has named Howard Green as president. Green will head CGNET's sales, marketing and business development efforts, reporting to CGNET founder and CEO Georg Lindsey.

Green will lead new and ongoing efforts at CGNET to expand its markets, develop new products and enhance relationships with technology partners. Howard's expertise will help extend our clients' reach globally, as they work in the fields of philanthropy, health, environmental protection, research and relief." Lindsey said. Howard has demonstrated experience in building technology markets in computing, network services and telecommunications with companies such as Apple Computer, IBM, Sprint and a number of venture-backed start-ups. It is exciting to have him focus on delivering technology improvements for our clients who are committed to human services." Lindsey said.

Howard Green was most recently a market development consultant, serving as an executive level resource to organizations such as Intel, Nokia, Solectron, SRI and Interval Research. As the Senior VP of Marketing at OneChannel, he led a team that launched two web-based business intelligence services. As the Vice President of Marketing at ONE TOUCH Systems he brought to market one of the first web-based interactive distance learning products. During his ten years at Apple Computer, Howard led the Interactive Media Group with world-wide responsibility for product management and engineering development of QuickTime multimedia technologies, and was a key member in creating franchise markets in small business and desktop engineering.

Howard's academic credentials include a BS from Cornell University, and an MBA from UCLA, each with academic scholarships. Howard has written professionally for Arno Press, a division of the NY Times.
